A bit about me

For three years, I went to the gym and ran with basically nothing to show for it. I showed up, went through the motions, didn't really know why I was there.

Then something shifted. I started training with actual intent. Not harder — just on purpose. That's when things finally started to move.

I'm not a guru. I've been on both sides of this and I know what changed.
